Kimberly R. Caldwell, co-owner of THIRST Teacher Training, LLC, has been an independent educational consultant since January 2004. Kimberly served Houston ISD in several capacities before resigning to start her own company- language arts teacher, reading teacher trainer, reading grants coordinator, reading specialist, and Title 1 administrator. Since the start of her own business, Kimberly has traveled throughout the nation training teachers and administrators. In addition, she does contract work for the Texas Education Agency by way of the School Improvement Resource Center as a Technical Assistance Provider (TAP) in order to assist campuses that failed to make adequate yearly progress (AYP) in various areas. She is a Texas certified teacher, reading specialist, and administrator with ESL and secondary reading endorsements. Yolonda R. Kelley

Yolonda R. Kelley is an educational consultant and co-owner of THIRST Teacher Training, LLC. Her expertise lies in the area of elementary reading and language arts. She considers herself to be a specialist in elementary education through the numerous years of experience gained by having served as classroom teacher, teacher trainer, assistant principal, district curriculum coordinator, literacy coach and instructional specialist. Currently, she does contract work for the Texas Education Agency by way of the School Improvement Resource Center as a Technical Assistance Provider (TAP) in order to assist campuses that failed to make adequate yearly progress (AYP) in various areas. Yolonda considers herself to be “the teacher’s teacher” by providing practical and hands-on technical assistance to educational organizations through THIRST Teacher Training, LLC, a business that "Quenches the THIRST for quality professional development services!"
